• KM and Hourly Limits: Each trip comes with a defined kilometer limit and, for certain special packages, an hourly limit as well. Usage exceeding these limits will incur additional charges for the extra kilometers and/or hours used, if applicable.

• Airport Entry Charges: Any airport entry charges, if applicable, are not included in the base fare and will be charged separately.

• Additional Charges: Road toll fees, parking charges, state taxes, and other applicable fees are not included in the trip fare. These charges must be paid directly to the concerned authorities as per actuals.

• Night Allowance: For driving between 9:45 PM and 6:00 AM, an additional night allowance will apply. This allowance is payable directly to the driver.

• Itinerary Details: Please ensure that all cities and locations you plan to visit are included in your itinerary at the time of booking. Adding cities or locations during the trip may not be possible and can disrupt travel plans.

• Hill Climbs and AC Usage: During hill climbs, the vehicle’s air conditioning may need to be turned off to ensure optimal performance and safety.
